Properties:

Epoxidized soybean oil is light yellow sticky oily liquid at normal temperature, freezing point is -10-5°C, boiling point is 150°C (0.5Kpa), ignition temperature is 310°C, the viscosity is 325 mpa s.(25°C), refractive index of 1.4710-1.4750(25°C), the °solubility in the water<0.01%(25°C), water dissolves in the product is 0.55% (25°C), soluble in hydrocarbon, ketone, esters, senior alcohol and organic solvent, slightly soluble in alcohol. Epoxidized soybean oil is a kind of the most widely used PVC non-toxic plasticizer and stabilizer, it has good compatibility with PVC resin, low volatility, small transference. It has good thermostability and photostability, waterproof and oil resistivity, can give products good mechanical strength, weather resistance and electrical performance, andd non-toxic. It is chemical additives recognized by internation for food packaging materials.

Application:

Epoxidized soybean oil are plasticizer and stabilizer which used for PVC and polychloroprene. This product can be used for all PVC products, such as all kinds of packaging materials for food, medical products, all kinds of film, sheet, pipe material, refrigerator sealing strip, artificial leather, plastic flooring, plastic wallpaper, wire & cable compound and other daily plastic products, etc.. It also can be used for special ink, liquid composite stabilizing agent. Using 3-5 dosage can improve the thermal and light stability obviously in the general PVC soft products. This product uses with polyester kind of plasticizer can reduce migration of polyester kind of plasticizer, and uses with liquid thermal stabilizer has significant cooperative effect. Using this product can properly reduce other plasticizer, stabilizer and lubricant dosage.
